The list of players and officials selected for the April 7 women’s African nation cup qualifier in Ouagadougou against Burkina Faso has been released. Some 20 players will make the trip and a total of 8 officials too will be on the plane to Ouaga.
The Gambia has a big hope in women football and if the girls can pull an away victory, they would make themselves very popular and darlings of Gambian football. The match will be played on April 7 and the return leg will be played on April 10 in Banjul.
