Semis in Super Nawettan

By Alieu Ceesay

Sukuta on Wednesday beat Banjul 2-1 as BEM sent Brikama packing to book their places in the semi finals of the 2017 Super Nawettan.

SK East are also through to semis after a narrow 1-0 win over Bakau, with Gunjur thrashing Kombo East 3-0 on Tuesday.

Gunjur will now face Sukuta in the semifinals, while BEM take on SK East.
The Sukuta-Gunjur game is already dubbed, “a final before a final”.
SK East will be going into the game as favourite but BEM is a side to watch in this year’s competition as they eye their final.
