Having missed the opportunity to grace the occasion in person when he was invited as guest speaker last year, former Presidential Affairs Minister Momodou Sabally was among guests at this year’s graduation Ceremony of his former school, Saint Peter’s Senior Secondary School. The ceremony was held Friday, 19 May at the school grounds in Lamin. Sabally was invited as guest speaker last year.
This year’s guest speaker was the director of Science and Technology Education at the Basic Education Ministry, Adama Jimba Jobe.
Mr Sabally was among the guests tasked with presenting prizes and awards to deserving students. He presented 3 prizes sponsored by him, being a trophy for each winner, a set of his own published books, and cash.
