The African Dream Project is a brain- child of the International Volleyball Federation, FIVB, President Dr Ary Graca and it is aimed at developing volleyball from the grassroots in Africa.
A press release from the GVBA said the launching will be graced by cabinet ministers, top sports personalities and the president of Zone II Professor Mamadou Ndoye, who is also the president of the Senegalese Volleyball Federation .
