A senior staff of the Gambia Revenue Authority Nfamara Drammeh died Monday when his vehicle crashed in Foni. He died along with a fellow villager from Si-Kunda. The other victim has been identified as Sanji Taal. Both bodies were on Tuesday released to their families for burial.
The Commissioner of Mobile Traffic Unit, Lamin King Colley, told The Standard that the accident occurred between the Foni villages of Joreng and Arangkon Kunda at around 18:00 on Monday.

Commissioner Colley said the gentlemen were travelling in a Pick-up vehicle when a tire burst, causing it to somersault.
Nfamara Drammeh was the tax manager at GRA Barra office.
