Health authorities last night confirmed that two more cases of Covid-19 have been registered in the country.

Out of the 18 newly quarantined persons, ten flew into the country from the USA. Nine of them are Gambians and one British.

The remaining eight quarantined individuals were picked from different locations after it was learnt that they have a recent travel history to a country with ongoing community transmission.
