A collision between an ambulance and a motorcycle has claimed the life of a 14-year-old boy rider of the bike in Basse recently.
The deceased Mamadou Sankareh, a native of Sabusireh village was reported to have died instantly after the collision, while his passenger Samba Sabally a native of Mansajang, is currently hospitalised at Bansang.
Sources told The Standard yesterday that the ambulance was heading to Fatoto when it collided with the bike speeding towards Basse.
