Basse man, killed in car crash

A car crash in Basse has claimed the life of a 25-year-old man from Baniko village, family sources told The Standard yesterday.

The deceased, Saibou Karaga was driving along with two of his friends, when their car swerved off the road and hit a tree.
The three friends were trapped in the car, and family sources said police were only able to get them out hours after the accident.

Karaga died at the scene from a severe injury, whiles the driver and the other passenger are admitted at Bansang hospital.
Police are still investigating the crash.
