Going to this evening’s match, the two teams are leveled on points but GAF has a superior goal difference. It is also coming at a time when Brikama United regained their form registering four straight victories unlike GAF, who had a disappointing defeat against Fortune, a further disappointing draw against Hawks last week.

Both teams however have the two most prolific strikers in the league who are now fighting an individual battle for the league’s top scorer award. The last time these two teams played it ended in a nail-biting 5-goal thriller in Basori, with GAF defeating Brikama 3 goals to 2 and the goals were shared between the duo, Saikou Ceesay and Papis Nyassi respectively.

In the late kick off tonight, Real’s Bye Malleh Wadda will continue the search for his magic bullet much needed to shoot Real de Banjul to its deserved place in the league.  He could have his job easy, given the opposition, Elite United, is an offshoot of Real, but Elite is pretty capable of causing a humiliation in their own ambition to finish strong this season. Malleh who replaced Ebou Jarra last month as coach of of Real de Banjul is under pressure to get his first three points. The match is expected to kick-off at 10:30pm.
