The controversial Tujereng preacher, who is accused of insulting religious leaders, was arrested by police, sources confirmed to The Standard.
Musa Saidy was arrested and released on bail yesterday under the orders of the West Coast police commissioner Pateh Jallow and charged.

Our source said his arrest followed his recent pronouncements on WhatsApp allegedly attacking Muslim clerics.
Saidy’s alleged attacks against the religious community had prompted the swift reaction of Imam Ba-kawsu Fofona, who threatened to kill him if he does not stop insulting.
Our police source said Imam Ba-Kawsu Fofana too would be arrested if he steps foot in the country. Fofana is reported to be currently in Casamance, Senegal.
