Egalitarian is back from the US where he’s currently based and he is set for a sensational reunion with his fans.
The founder of Dingkendo band has announced the launch of his 6th album, dubbed ‘Sikanaam’, which means forward. The six track album contains hit songs, which have in recent times occupied the airwaves.
He said: “The album launch will be special because we are trying to get to everyone’s heart. ‘Sikanaam’ album is meant to motivate Gambians to move forward. This will be a joyous reunion with the fans. I will give the audience ‘the best of Egalitarian’ that they will remember for a life time.”
Egalitarian has a successful tour in the US with ‘Sensible Shoes’ album. According to him, ‘Sikanaam’ too will go places.
He added: “Part two of the official album launch will be in America in June and Germany and Austria in July; some proceeds of the event will be ploughed back to the community for the development and welfare of children in The Gambia.”
