SJAG AWARDS NIGHT TO CELEBRATE LEGENDS

This sixth edition is certainly the biggest and it has rallied some of the most respected sports personalities of the past and present under one roof as it rolls out honors to dozens of sport legends and heroes.

Musa Sise, acting President of SJAG who also doubles as the chairman of the Award Committee said the programme starts at 8 PM, prompt and all invitees are expected to be seated by that time. A whole range of activities including entertainment, citations and of course a sumptuous dinner sandwiched between glamorous award presentations are on offer.

Among the top artists line up are Cess Ngum, Bai Babu, Jali Neneh Susso, Manding Morry, and Modou Kara Gaye.”

Tonight’s presentation will cover Gambian and Senegalese footballers of the mid -1980s, a sports personality of the year and scores of other categories. The nominees and categories of the awards for 2013-2014 season are:
