Alongside the trophies, fotga also presented a cheque for D34,000 towards the organisation of the event as well as ten bags of rice for the athletes, to be distributed through a raffle.
The items were presented to Brufut marathon run officials yesterday by Fatoumata Barrow head of fotga’s Banjul office at their Kotu headquarters. Fotga has a long partnership with the Brufut marathon run stretching nearly twenty years back. The organisers yesterday thanked fotga for its support to the event which takes place tomorrow with a 21k and 10k.
