With a wide range of fashion activities throughout the year such as fashion runways and beauty pageants, The Gambia’s entertainment industry last weekend registered its first Fashion Awards Night.
The event, produced by retired model, Yusuf Thullah, the CEO of Trace Thullah Entertainment, was designed to recognize individuals and stakeholders for their immense contribution to the country’s fashion industry.
The event showcased glitz, glamour and attracted a full house.
Models, designers, modeling agencies, video vixens, fashion bloggers, actors, actresses, entrepreneurs, and beauty pageant organisers were all awarded for their achievements.
The night’s programmes were interspersed with performances by the sibling stars Kerr Gi Family and a hilarious comedy from Bright Star Entertainment.
