The GFF said it will use the tourney as part of plans to build a strong national team of home-based players ahead of the next African Nation’s Cup for home-based players, CHAN.
A provisional 40-man squad has been under training guided by coaches Abdoulie Bojang, Matarr Mboge and Foday Bah who will trim the squad to a standard list for the Mbour event.
The other three teams are to come from Senegal and the tourney will be held from Friday 14 to 16 November.
