Gambian guards to take over State House security

A batch of 150 security officers who completed a six-month training in Senegal have returned home Thursday.
Sources close to the State House said the officers are expected to begin work at the State House within a week and will take over from the Ecomig as state guards.
Source said those sent for similar training to Mauritania, Saudi Arabia and Turkey are yet to return.
