The first leg of the preliminary qualifier is slated for the weekend of the 19th to 21st June to be played in Dakar, Senegal, while the return leg will take place a forth- night later in Banjul on the weekend of the 3rd to the 5th of July, 2015. The winner of the first Round tie will face off against the Liberia/Guinea fixture to complete the qualifying stages for a spot in the Rwanda Championship.
