Baldeh, a Democrat, is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly representing the 48th assembly district, comprising the northeastern half of the city of Madison. He is the first Muslim member of the Wisconsin Legislature.

Baldeh, who arrived here with three other specialist partners, have met President Adama Barrow, National Assembly Members, and the KMC officials with whom his American local council and partners have partnership in key areas.
