ASB Clinic, commonly called German Clinic, will on Monday resume operations little over four months after it shut down for maintenance and expansion.
The closure was necessitated by logistical constraints such as lack of space and the imperative to expand.
The Dippa Kunda-based clinic was established 19 years ago and has since grown from an initially small health station to a robust medical centre, providing health services to thousands of Gambians annually.
Yesterday, its management told The Standard that the clinic will resume normal operations next Monday.
“We want to inform the general public that the ASB Clinic in Dippa Kunda will be open to the public from Monday 4th October 2021. The clinic will open the Outpatient Department only, while renovation works complete. We expect the maternity ward to reopen soon,” the management said in a statement.
