The four-year term of GFF President Lamin Kaba Bajo and his Team- Kaba will end in September and accordingly elections for new executive will be held on August 18, a notice on GFF facebook stated. According to the statement the venue will be the Football Hotel in Yundum.
The statement added that:
all matters relating to the Elective Congress will henceforth be under the purview of the GFF Electoral Committee that has been elected by stakeholders at this year’s Extraordinary General Assembly in February. The statement emphasized that elective Congress will be held under the terms and conditions of the GFF Electoral Code, approved by its members and FIFA.
