My name is Fatou Gassama. I live in Nema Kunku and I am 22 years old. I graduated from West African Senior Secondary School in 2011 and I am currently a journalist working for the Daily Observer newspaper company. It’s a job I started recently and I have a strong passion for it. This is because it puts me at the fore of issues affecting society almost on a daily basis. I look up to my mother as my role model because she is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person.
I believe in putting my heart, mind and soul into even my smallest acts because it is the secret behind success. I am blessed with a great family that has always shown me love and encouragement. I love to be happy and I like animals especially rabbits. I dislike people that want to get in my way to success especially when they know they themselves cannot make their own way. As a young lady, I am always motivated by the fact that there is an avalanche of opportunities in life that I can explore and make best use of.
