KM Alkalolu congratulate President Barrow

By Alagie Manneh The 16 Alkalolu of Kombo St Mary’s Division Monday issued a statement sending warm congratulations and best wishes to President Adama Barrow, following his victory in the December 2016 presidential election that unseated the 22-year one-man rule of Yahya Jammeh. Signed by all the Alkalolu, the leaders also prayed for peace and development as President Barrow prepares to take up the “responsibilities and challenges of the Presidency. “As you embark upon your new responsibilities, the Alkalolu of the Kombo St. Mary’s Division wish to assure you and your Cabinet of our unflinching, loyal support and willingness to work with you as we are always agents of the government and people of the Division. “We look forward to working with your government not only to develop closer relations, but also to concert our efforts in the cause of peace, development and the brotherhood of the entire nation.”]]>
