Minor reshuffle in the army

There has been a minor reshuffling in the armed forces, military sources confirmed to The Standard yesterday.

According GAF spokesman, Major Lamin K Sanyang the following changes which were first reported on social have been made: Colonel Sambou Barrow, who was director of administration is now the commander Navy battalion;

Col Alhagie Sanneh, former CEO of disaster management, is now the director of Peacekeeping; Col Paul Gomez is appointed the commandant, GAF training school; also the former commander of the Navy Col. Dembo Jarju, is now the director of administration.

Lt Col. Abdoulie Jatta is now the Commander of Farafenni Barracks while Lt Col. Samba Baldeh is the new Commander of Yundum Barracks.
