Following their remarkable comeback from the exit door to the semifinals of the Wafu Under-20 champions in Thies, Senegal, the Young Scorpions return to the field this evening to fight Guinea in the first semifinals.
The Gambian team won the trophy in 2018 and Coach Matarr Mboge has a new reason to go for the cup this year too because the trophy comes with a ticket to the African under-20 championship finals in Mauritania next year. The match kicks of at 5pm. The other semifinal is between host Senegal and neighbours Guinea Bissau.
