Alhaji Sosseh Colley, a prominent elder in Bakau, has showered more praises on Momodu Turo Darboe for giving him a cow in observance of Laylatul Qadr, the Night of Power.
Alhaji Sosseh Colley expressed gratitude to philanthropist Turo Darboe last week after he gave him 100 bags of sugar, which he shared with members of his community in Mamakoto and Katchically.
This time, Mr Colley said, Turo has given him a cow.
“He has done it again. And all I can do is thank him. When someone does something good for you, you have to thank them. It doesn’t matter how many times. That is why I will always thank and appreciate him for everything he has done and keeps doing for me,” Alhaji Sosseh Colley said.
He said Turo Darboe’s generosity is no secret to anyone as he continuously puts smiles on the faces of underprivileged communities around the country.
“Of course, I am the one thanking him now but a lot of people will be thanking him too because I do share this meat with everyone. So, we pray for his wellbeing, and pray that Allah strengthens and rewards him for sharing his wealth with people,” he added.
