Contacted by The Standard yesterday on the country’s preparations, GFF secretary general Abass Bah said they are working on participating in the tournament but are yet to conclude all the modalities. “Yes, we are told that December 4 to 16 is the period for the tournament and until we hear otherwise, that still stands and we are on our own internal preparations. Once we have completed that, we will come out to the public with all the information regarding our participation in the tourney,” he said.
