The high court has rescheduled the criminal trial involving the state against the executive officials of Operation 3 Years Jotna to March 2 after yesterday’s sitting failed to proceed because the accused were not in court.
The court, presided over by Justice F. A. Achibonga, observed that the nine accused persons were absent as they were not served with hearing notices.

The court was reminded that the accused persons were on police bail, thus ordered that hearing notices be issued for their appearance in court on the next adjourned date 2nd March, 2021 for mention.
