The staff are accused of corruptly accepting monies from people with consideration as a reward for land transactions which were not approved by the management.

During the hearings, the state counsel, A Jobe pleaded for an adjournment, saying the first accused Amie Sarr who is facing eight counts, is not present. “She is facing almost all the counts and has no legal representative and she was granted bail. This court has been adjourned for six times because of her absenteeism. She plays a great role in this hearing and I am applying to the court for adjournment one last time,” he said.

The court granted his plea, adjourned the matter to Wednesday 26th January.
