The two institutions partnered to reward their respective customers with gifts from their products.
At the presentation ceremony staged at the Brussels Airlines office in Senegambia, Africell’s media consultant Musa Sise unveiled the partnership to the winning customers and journalists, saying that both companies share a common objective of delivering quality service and providing customer satisfaction.
He added that both Africell and Brussels airlines never settled for anything less than excellence. “It is only natural that we come together in this partnership to reward our customers,” he said.
Lilian Azizi of Brussels Airlines welcomed all to the new deal which, according to her, would bring goodies to the general public on monthly basis. “We are very excited by this partnership between the biggest and best GSM company and the best airline operating in The Gambia,” she said.
Under the partnership, members of the public are encouraged to send their email addresses to an Africell number 1204 to be included in the draw.
A monthly draw will be held at which winners can win Africell credit vouchers, and/or get between 30 and 50 percent discounts on Brussels Airline tickets, among other gifts.
The air ticket will be included in the draw only once every two months.
She told the organisers: “You are doing a wonderful job, inspiring and encouraging girls to consider a future in technology. A writer used to say ‘investing in women has a multiplier effect because women reinvest in their families and communities’.”
