Mr Trawally denied any wrong doing.

In his application for the case to be transferred to the Special Criminal Division of the High Court, police prosecutor ASP Buteh Sawaneh told the court that the charge is murder which is a capital offence, hence the application for transfer.

ASP Sawaneh further submitted that the offence of murder is equally not bailable.
