“This is the second consecutive adjournment by the prosecution. I will give them a chance for an adjournment but if they refuse to proceed on the next date, I will apply to the court to strike out the case,” Lawyer Lamin Mbgoe said.

Lawyer Mboge said this after the prosecutor, Alieu Faye told Magistrate Lamin Mbaye: “The intended witness is sick and cannot come to court to give evidence. We urge the court to grant us an adjournment. We will proceed that day.”
