Sacked manager sues company

In his evidence, Ben Mensah, Enterprise Life Insurance country manager, told the tribunal that Mr Sanyang was dismissed due to his misconduct. He said Mr Sanyang demonstrated certain behaviour which indicated his unwillingness to continue working for the company. He said Mr Sanyang worked for six months before his contract was terminated.
