The Upper River Region governor, Fanta Bojang Manneh has been redeployed to the Ministry of the Interior as deputy permanent secretary, The Standard has been reliably informed.
One Samba Bah, her deputy has reportedly replaced her.
Madame Manneh initially served as governor of Lower River Region (LRR) before being transferred to URR in 2019.
