22 SCORPIONS CALLED FOR CAR FRIENDLY

The list of players for the upcoming friendly between the Scorpions and the Wild Beasts of the Central African Republic has been unveiled.
The coaching team assigned to the fixture has confirmed 22 players for the match scheduled to take place on Friday 23rd March at the Independence Stadium.
The team is under the guidance of Technical Director Sang Ndong, U-23 Head Coach Omar Sise, U-20 Head Coach Matarr Mboge and GPA Head Coach Alagie Sarr.
The squad features some fresh and youthful faces as well as established regulars, who will all be given the chance to impress and stake a claim for future engagements.

Other invited were given until 12 pm yesterday to confirm their acceptance of the invitation and those who failed to do so were automatically removed from the squad.
It can be recalled that the Scorpions defeated the CAR when the teams last met in a friendly international match one year ago in Rabat, Morocco, winning 2-1 thanks to goals from Mustapha Carayol and Modou Barrow.
