Assan Jallow is new Agric PS

By Omar Bah Assan Jallow has finally been promoted to the role of Permanent Secretary No 1 at the ministry of agriculture in a reshuffle that also sees the former PS, Adam Gaye transferred to the Ministry of Trade, The Standard was reliably informed. When contacted for confirmation, Assan Jallow confirmed his appointment, but refused to comment any further. The new PS was the preferred choice of former Agric minister Omar Jallow, OJ, who was widely criticized when he said he could not work with Ousman Jammeh and demanded that Mr Assan Jallow be made his PS.
