The Gambia Bar Association has announced yesterday that it has ended its boycott of courts protesting the appointment of four High Court judges, which they claimed was not in line with the 1997 Constitution of the country.
The appointed Nigerian judges at the High Court were Justice Edward Ogar, Justice Mathias Olusegun Agboola, Justice Simeon Abi and Justice Matins U. Okoi.
Accordingly, in a release sent to The Standard, the Bar authorised its members to immediately to return all courts.
