Veteran educationist and former minister of education Claudiana Cole, has been appointed high commissioner to Sierra Leone. She succeeds Alieu K Jammeh who passed away last year.
A highly placed source in the civil service told The Standard that Madame Cole has already taken up duties in Freetown.
