Police superintendent David Kujabi is back home after his assignment in Darfur, Sudan and has been appointed PRO effective today Monday.

Kujabi served in this position prior to his assignment to Sudan during which the responsibility was handled by ASP Foday Conta who is now assistant PRO.
Meanwhile, a police secure told The Standard that the new IGP Landing Kinteh has promised to expand the police public relations unit and make it responsive to the need for information by the public and especially the media.

“There are even plans to place regional spokespersons for the police across the country,” our source said.
He concluded that with Messrs Kujabi, Conta and others who have done “a fantastic job” in their own right, the future of police public relations is bright.
