International sport swear charity KitAid has started its out reach programme in The Gambia with a massive distribution of football jerseys and other items to clubs and communities.
Presided over by its Gambia Director George Gomez , assisted by Adama Bah of Plymouth Banjul Challenge, its collaborators, this first activity of the organization’s out reach progamme in the new year sent packages as far away as Boro Cande Casse in the URR. They include full set of jerseys accompanied in some case by shoes.
Mr Gomez and Mr Bah took turns to introduce Kit Aid to the beneficiaries urging them to use the kits judiciously in line with he objective of the charity.
Mr John Gomez member of the board conducted the presentations which went to the following clubs and communities: SOS Childrens Village, St Dominic FC, Bakau New Town Academy, Borokanda Kasseh FC, FABY Zonal Team, Ressurection Parish Team, Sam United, Lower Nuimi, Uprising FC, Hunters FC and Farimang FC.
