Mboge made his intentions known yesterday after the testimony of the final prosecution witness before principal magistrate Dawda Jallow of Banjul Magistrates Court.
Mr Conteh was the former director of foreign exchange at the Central Bank of The Gambia, prior to his appointment as Kanilai Family Farm Manager. He is accused of stealing D1, 538,804.95 from the coffers of the Kanilai Family Farm. He pleaded not guilty, and was bailed in the sum of 2 million dalasis in August last year.
Testifying yesterday was the director of technical services at Ministry of Works, Construction and Infrastructure, Malang Jammeh.
He said the works ministry, through his office, dispatched two engineers, upon request from the police IG, to evaluate the works being done at Kanilai Farm complex in Banjul. The evaluation report was tendered as exhibit.
