Last evening, the former holder of the position, Abdoulie Sallah, who was appointed last week Tuesday issued a press release stating that Mr Kalilou Bayo is succeeding him as the top mandarin at State House with effect from yesterday July 8.
Mr Sallah has been reassigned secretary to cabinet, a position he held before his July 1st appointment.
