T Smallz, game-changing dancehall artiste

Known for his positive, uplifting and enlightening tracks about issues affecting the society, dancehall artiste T Smallz is a rising star in his own fame.
Trobul Smallz born Ebrahim Suso, is one of The Gambia’s amazing dancehall-cum-hip-hop stars eyeing the international scene.

From a tender age, he demonstrated passion for music. This passion was nurtured as he was lucky to hail from a griot family.
Also known as Prince Talib, the pint size musician is the grandson of the late Alieu Suso, a renowned kora maker and player in The Gambia.

Widely credited as a game-changing artiste in the dancehall scene, T Smallz over the years has managed to hone his skills as a formidable instrumentalist and rapper.
A one-time avid soccer player as he was once drafted into The Gambia U-15 national team, the singer took a bold move and ventured into music.

His breakthrough came with the release of his first single ‘Rise n Shine’ which was recorded and produced at Adent Studios in Bakoteh now made popular by him and his rap peers known as BK City.
Following years of rising success, T Smallz went ahead to release another hit titled Gis Nga Yow featuring two of The Gambia’s finest sensations – Marion and Tam 50.

The release of this smash hit enabled him to establish his presence in the dancehall scene with fans both young and old always shouting Gis Nga Yow whenever the singer is in sight.
Then came another hit, Ring On Ya Finger featuring Rugie, and another one God’s Will featuring Pa Omar Jack and then Wahang Baneh.

Consolidating the gains registered, T Smallz later dropped other hit songs Dallu, Fen Rek, and Gewel, which catapulted his popularity on the international music scene. These songs resonated well among music enthusiasts and to this day enjoy play time.

Over the years, he performed in concerts in many countries including UK, Holland, Belgium, Germany, the Scandinavia and Nigeria. Besides, he is also featured on several ‘Riddims’ and performed collabos with both local and international acts.
Formerly of the Zion Yard Music Family, T Smallz is now under his own management called, The Katato Entertainment.
