Insecure leaders are into Titles;
Secure leaders are into *TRANSFORMATION.*
Their long unmerited titles
Hypnotized their thinking faculty so much so that
They can’t see the realities in presidentship
Because they have so much desires
In establishing themselves as Life presidents.
The lust for power
Can transformed a kind-hearted leader
Who puts people before power
To become the most tyrannical leader
Who can’t live a happy life without spilling blood
Of innocent souls who dares to challenge their ruling
By using human machineries for his dubious acts
Because he is paranoid and doesn’t believe in anyone.
The lust for power
Makes leaders wanting to prolong
Their stay in office through illegal means.
They use tribe and religion as a winning tool
To create division among their people.
They would rather see their people die
As a result of tribalism and religious supremacy
Than giving up power for peace to rain.
The lust for power
Makes leaders to indoctrinate
Their loyal security forces
With the believe that an order from a leader
Is more superior than the state constitution.
Making them believe that being patriotic to leader
Is more significant than to a nation.
Defending the life of a leader
Is more value than defending any other life.
Playing the game of hide and seek
With their security forces just stay in power.
*The lust for power is Satanism !*
It is high time for African Leaders to be great.
They should now rent their thinking faculties
For the following developmental agendas:
Think Transformation, Not Titles.
Think Purpose, Not Position.
Think Progress, Not Killing.
Think Passion, Not Pay.
Think Process, Not Possessions.
Think Posterity, Not Prosperity.
It is a sign of Leadership Wisdom to know that;
You are in transition
You are dispensable
You can be replaced.
