“GFF HAS NO NEWS FROM CAF ON PROTEST AGAINST TOGO”

The acting secretary general of the Gambia Football Federation, GFF, Kemo Ceesay has said his office has not yet received any communication from Caf on the verdict of the protest Gambia lodged against Togo in the CAN qualifiers.
The Gambia is asking Caf maximum points from the October 12 one-all draw in Lome where a certain player Adewale Oloufad featured for Togo allegedly without meeting the eligibility criteria
Last night unconfirmed reports emerged on social media saying that the protest has been dismissed by Caf.
Reacting to these claims, Kemo Ceesay, the finance director who is overseeing the office of SG in absence of Lamin Jassey, said he has no idea about this information and his office has not been officially communicated on any matter.
