One Mr Sanneh was yesterday arraigned at the Kanifing court for taking pictures and a video of a 20-year-old woman, while having sex with her and exhibiting them without her consent.
He was charged with rape and indecent assault.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges before Magistrate MB Faal.
He was granted bail in the sum of D100,000 with three Gambian sureties.
According to the particulars of offence, Mr Sanneh in September 2021 unlawfully and indecently assaulted a 20-year-old woman by taking pictures and video of her during sex and exhibiting them without her consent.

The case is adjourned to 25th October 2021 at 11:00am. Sargent ML Corrah represented the IGP.
