Player sends goodies to parent academy

In a chat with The Standard from Norway, Wachaa said: “I just want to help in the development of football in my home town Bakau and general grass root football development in The Gambia. I’m planning a bigger donation next time because I have spoken with my team-mates, the management and also some of my team’s main sponsors about the need for support to Gambian football.”

A trainer at the Rush Academy, Lang Kaddy Jammeh, thanked the player for the donation and prayed for his success in Norway.
