This gives Real de Banjul an unassailable 7 point lead since there are only two matches left for all sides in the league.
Real fought a hard battle this season with Gamtel, Brikama United and newly promoted sides Banjul United and Wallidan all piling pressure on them. A six point loss to appeals also slowed their path to the title, but that and even the sudden departure on health grounds of former Dane coach Franky did not deter them from their forward march.
Newly appointed coach Matarr Mboge added vigour and focus as they keep the title ambition on track.
