According to the executive director of PSSG, Ambassador Paul Badji the Dakar Forum will have a theme: “Bringing the people of Senegambia in a single interactive-business-platform” with a view to exchanging businesses and exploring further business opportunities.
Ambassador Badji said the objective is to open dialogue, consultation and partnership at the highest authority within institutions in order to provide accelerated progress for the realisation of the protocols and agreements signed by the two states. .
Badji revealed that the forum was initially planned to be held from 25 to 26 May, but a huge forum like this needs better preparations so as to get numerous stakeholders involved to achieve the desired effect.
“At the level of the PSSG we are well prepared,” he assured, adding that the forum is going to be a regular event and base on its success it may well become an annual event.
