Stratford orients new intakes for January-June semester

Stratford College of Management the Gambi,a has recently oriented new intakes for January-June 2018 semester.
The ceremony was held at the school premises in Westfield.
Speaking at the ceremony, Principal of the college, Mohamed Hafez Fofana, gave a brief background of the college.

He said Stratford campus was established in March 2007 and it has 10 departments with each department specialising in a particular field.
He said since its inception, “The College has trained several types of professionals and higher/senior school leavers; a significant number of whom are serving in different organisations based on their professional specailzation. The cohorts of trainers at the college are also those accredited by the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA) based on their competence and credibility in the different fields of training.”

He told the newcomers that orientation is specifically meant to introduce them and to inform them what to expect during the period of studies. “It is a difficult decision to take and we have taken that challenge to ensure you achieve your expectations,” he assured the students.
“The college is committed to providing an environment for the delivery of quality vocational training and learning by promoting the rights and safety of all learners and tutors and sponsors or guardians or parents, ensuring learners responsibility for their own actions and behaviours, prohibiting all forms of unfair discrimination and intolerance.

“Our vision is that Stratford College of Management will be recognised internationally for its academic and workforce programs, embracing new learning pathway and technology. Our mission is to deliver an excellent experience to all our stakeholders by providing high quality learning opportunities that enable a full participation in active economic and social life,” he said.
