The regional executive committee of the United Democratic Party in North Bank Region has removed Karamo Jadama as its regional chairman with effect from Wednesday, 13thNovember 2019.
Mr Jadama, who was elected in 2018 as the regional chairman is believed to have now joined the President Barrow camp.
In a press release sent to The Standard yesterday stated that: “This is to inform the general public that the Regional Executive Committee of the United Democratic Party in North Bank Region, has removed Mr Karamo Jadama as the regional chairman with effect from the 13 November 2019.”
A press release signed by Momodou Marr, the regional administrative secretary informed all United Democratic Party militants in the North Bank Region “to stop all UDP affiliate activities with Mr Jadama”.
Mr Jadama could not be reached for immediate comment last night before we went to press.
